What is the Entrance Fee to Skogafoss?

There is no entrance fee to visit the Skogafoss waterfall on the scenic south coast of Iceland.

Viewing the power and majesty of Skogafoss (and walking the steps to the platform at the top of the waterfall!) is totally free and you do not have to worry about purchasing tickets.

However, parking in the car park at Skogafoss is no longer free. A parking fee of ISK 1,000 for a standard car was introduced in 2025.
